1 Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập

RedMode được thiết kế theo nguyên tắc ưu tiên quyền riêng tư. Dữ liệu được lưu trữ cục bộ trên thiết bị và đồng bộ qua iCloud cá nhân của bạn.

• Dữ liệu cục bộ: Chu kỳ, ghi chú, vault, cài đặt — lưu trên thiết bị và iCloud của bạn
• Đăng ký PRO: Giao dịch được xử lý bởi Apple. Chúng tôi không thu thập thông tin thanh toán
• Bro AI (Chat AI): Khi bạn sử dụng tính năng Bro AI, dữ liệu sau được gửi thông qua máy chủ trung gian của chúng tôi (Cloudflare Worker) đến OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) — dịch vụ định tuyến AI bên thứ ba — định tuyến yêu cầu đến mô hình Qwen của Alibaba (qwen.alibaba.com) để xử lý và tạo phản hồi:
  • Nội dung tin nhắn chat bạn nhập
  • Giai đoạn chu kỳ hiện tại (VD: kỳ kinh, rụng trứng)
  Dữ liệu không được gửi: tên, email, số điện thoại, mã thiết bị, vị trí. OpenRouter không lưu trữ nội dung tin nhắn theo mặc định (chính sách Zero Data Retention). Chúng tôi cũng không lưu nội dung chat trên server của mình. Dữ liệu được thu thập trực tiếp từ bạn khi bạn nhập tin nhắn trong Bro AI.
• Thông báo: Chỉ dùng thông báo cục bộ iOS, không gửi dữ liệu ra ngoài
• Phân tích: Chúng tôi không sử dụng bất kỳ công cụ theo dõi bên thứ ba nào

2 Cách sử dụng thông tin

• Cung cấp dự báo chu kỳ và lời khuyên trên thiết bị
• Xử lý yêu cầu AI chat qua OpenRouter (mô hình Qwen của Alibaba)
• Quản lý đăng ký PRO qua Apple

3 Chia sẻ dữ liệu

Chúng tôi không bán hoặc chia sẻ dữ liệu cá nhân. Dữ liệu duy nhất truyền ra ngoài là nội dung tin nhắn chat và giai đoạn chu kỳ hiện tại gửi đến OpenRouter (và mô hình Qwen của Alibaba) để xử lý.

Trước khi sử dụng Bro AI lần đầu, ứng dụng sẽ hiển thị màn hình đồng ý riêng, nêu rõ dữ liệu nào được gửi và gửi đến đâu. Bạn phải đồng ý trước khi bất kỳ dữ liệu nào được truyền đi.

OpenRouter xử lý dữ liệu theo Chính sách Bảo mật của OpenRouter và Điều khoản Dịch vụ. Alibaba xử lý dữ liệu theo Chính sách Bảo mật của Alibaba Cloud. Dữ liệu được truyền qua kết nối HTTPS mã hoá.

4 Bảo mật

• Vault bảo vệ bằng Face ID/Touch ID
• Dữ liệu iCloud được mã hoá bởi Apple
• Giao tiếp với OpenRouter qua HTTPS

5 Quyền của bạn

• Xem, xoá dữ liệu bất cứ lúc nào trong Cài đặt
• Tắt iCloud sync để giữ dữ liệu chỉ trên thiết bị
• Tắt thông báo trong Cài đặt iOS

6 Trẻ em

RedMode không dành cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin từ trẻ em.

7 Thay đổi

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này. Thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo trong ứng dụng.

1 Information We Collect

RedMode is designed with a privacy-first approach. Data is stored locally on your device and synced via your personal iCloud.

• Local data: Cycle info, notes, vault, settings — stored on your device and your iCloud
• PRO subscription: Transactions processed by Apple. We do not collect payment information
• Bro AI (AI Chat): When you use the Bro AI feature, the following data is sent through our intermediary server (Cloudflare Worker) to OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) — a third-party AI routing service — which routes the request to Alibaba's Qwen model (qwen.alibaba.com) for processing and generating responses:
  • Your chat message content
  • Your current cycle phase (e.g. menstrual, ovulation)
  Data that is not sent: name, email, phone number, device ID, location. OpenRouter does not store message content by default (Zero Data Retention policy). We also do not store chats on our servers. Data is collected directly from you when you type a message in Bro AI.
• Notifications: iOS local notifications only, no data sent externally
• Analytics: We do not use any third-party tracking tools

2 How We Use Information

• Provide cycle forecasts and advice on your device
• Process AI chat requests via OpenRouter (Alibaba's Qwen model)
• Manage PRO subscriptions via Apple

3 Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data. The only data transmitted externally is your chat message content and current cycle phase, sent to OpenRouter (and Alibaba's Qwen model) for processing.

Before using Bro AI for the first time, the app displays a dedicated consent screen that clearly identifies what data is sent and to whom. You must agree before any data is transmitted.

OpenRouter processes data in accordance with OpenRouter's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Alibaba processes data in accordance with Alibaba Cloud's Privacy Policy. Data is transmitted via encrypted HTTPS connection.

4 Security

• Vault protected by Face ID/Touch ID
• iCloud data encrypted by Apple
• OpenRouter communication via HTTPS

5 Your Rights

• View and delete your data anytime in Settings
• Disable iCloud sync to keep data on-device only
• Turn off notifications in iOS Settings

6 Children

RedMode is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7 Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated within the app.
