RedMode được thiết kế theo nguyên tắc ưu tiên quyền riêng tư. Dữ liệu được lưu trữ cục bộ trên thiết bị và đồng bộ qua iCloud cá nhân của bạn.

- Phân tích: Chúng tôi không sử dụng bất kỳ công cụ theo dõi bên thứ ba nào

3 Chia sẻ dữ liệu
Chúng tôi không bán hoặc chia sẻ dữ liệu cá nhân. Dữ liệu duy nhất truyền ra ngoài là nội dung tin nhắn chat và giai đoạn chu kỳ hiện tại gửi đến Groq để xử lý.
Trước khi sử dụng Bro AI lần đầu, ứng dụng sẽ hiển thị màn hình đồng ý riêng, nêu rõ dữ liệu nào được gửi và gửi đến đâu. Bạn phải đồng ý trước khi bất kỳ dữ liệu nào được truyền đi.
Groq xử lý dữ liệu theo chính sách bảo mật của Groq và cung cấp mức bảo vệ dữ liệu tương đương thông qua truyền tải mã hoá HTTPS và không lưu trữ nội dung hội thoại.
4 Bảo mật

5 Quyền của bạn
- Xem, xoá dữ liệu bất cứ lúc nào trong Cài đặt
- Tắt iCloud sync để giữ dữ liệu chỉ trên thiết bị

6 Trẻ em
RedMode không dành cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin từ trẻ em.
7 Thay đổi
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này. Thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo trong ứng dụng.

1 Information We Collect
RedMode is designed with a privacy-first approach. Data is stored locally on your device and synced via your personal iCloud.
- Local data: Cycle info, notes, vault, settings — stored on your device and your iCloud
- PRO subscription: Transactions processed by Apple. We do not collect payment information
- Bro AI (AI Chat): When you use the Bro AI feature, the following data is sent to Groq (groq.com) — a third-party AI service — for processing and generating responses:
- Your chat message content
- Your current cycle phase (e.g. menstrual, ovulation)
- Notifications: iOS local notifications only, no data sent externally
- Analytics: We do not use any third-party tracking tools
2 How We Use Information
- Provide cycle forecasts and advice on your device
- Process AI chat requests via Groq
- Manage PRO subscriptions via Apple
3 Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data. The only data transmitted externally is your chat message content and current cycle phase, sent to Groq for processing.
Before using Bro AI for the first time, the app displays a dedicated consent screen that clearly identifies what data is sent and to whom. You must agree before any data is transmitted.
Groq processes data in accordance with Groq's Privacy Policy and provides equivalent data protection through encrypted HTTPS transmission and by not retaining conversation content.
4 Security

5 Your Rights
- View and delete your data anytime in Settings
- Disable iCloud sync to keep data on-device only
- Turn off notifications in iOS Settings
6 Children
RedMode is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated within the app.
